What is in First Bite?
The First Bite Demo includes the opening combat systems—Bite, Style Eat, Body Hack and Davy Burst—and interactions at the mall. The official “about two hours” describes its content, rather than a fixed completion time for every player.
Use the official game website to reach the Steam or PlayStation 5 download. On Steam, the demo is app 4880100; the full game is app 3486530.
Does the demo save carry over?
Demo save carryover to the full game is supported. This does not establish cross-platform save transfer between Steam and PS5. Follow the instructions shown by your platform and game; a manual file-copy procedure is not needed here.
Some Steam players have reported Davy Burst behaving incorrectly after carryover, while others transferred successfully. If it happens to you, record the platform, game version and what stopped working before seeking support. Do not treat that individual symptom as proof that every imported save is broken.
Why can’t I dive again after finishing?
A completed demo save cannot begin another dive in the demo. That replay restriction is different from an ID6 message and different from a Burst problem after transfer.
Initialize Saved Data deletes existing play data. It is not a general save-repair command. See the ID6 and save-message page before treating an unrelated error as the demo’s replay limit.
