What the 32:9 example shows
An ultrawide recording shows 5120 × 1440 (32:9) gameplay with visible health, objective and timer HUD. The uploader identifies a Lyall SUWSF CrimeBoss Fix modification. A sampled cutscene-like section still has a narrower picture area.
The recording carries Demo / First Bite tags and does not identify its game build. A post-release upload date alone does not prove that it tests the current full game.
Is native 21:9 or 32:9 supported?
Native support remains unconfirmed. The PCGamingWiki video table lists the ultrawide state as Unknown. Its mention of “21:9” explains the field rather than confirming support.
| Display question | Current practical conclusion |
|---|---|
| Modified 32:9 gameplay | A wide gameplay example exists. |
| Native 21:9 | Not confirmed. |
| Native 32:9 | Not confirmed by the modified example. |
| Menus and HUD at every resolution | No complete current-build check. |
| All cutscenes fill the screen | Not established; a sampled sequence is narrower. |
Should you copy the CrimeBoss fix?
The original package targets Crime Boss: Rockay City. Its author’s configuration and its use in another game are not proof that the same binary patterns match Stupid Never Dies today. There is no current-build installation and rollback procedure here.
Before relying on an ultrawide setup, check gameplay framing, HUD alignment, menus, real-time cutscenes and pre-rendered video separately at your intended aspect ratio. A wide gameplay screenshot cannot answer all five. Do not replace game files on the assumption that a patch named for another game is a verified fix for this one.
